Hides all delivered items from your open orders.
This userscript is intended to be used when you make multiple bulk pre-orders, and want to easily know what has not been sent off yet. Less items on the order list, list time you need to scroll.
There is also a link at the top of the order list which will display the hidden items, if you need to.
