Removes promoted answers that have nothing to do with the question you're looking up
Every single Quora page with answers to a question also contains one or more posts that were promoted on the site and generally have nothing at all to do with the topic you're reading about. They include an irrelevant question and an answer praising their product, right in the middle of the page and with little to indicate that this is an ad, except for a small "Promoted by …" label.
This script searches for these "Promoted by …" labels and removes the whole promoted question and its answer, without leaving a gap in the page. If more content is loaded as you scroll down the page, new promoted entries will also be removed. It does nothing else, doesn't ask for special permissions, and only runs on quora.com.
The implementation uses XPath for efficient queries and low CPU usage. Set logRemovalsToDevConsole = true on line 16 to log each removal to the developer console.
