Fixed a bug with link conversion. Added instructions.

Commented out the previous update's changes after realizing it breaks mouse-over previews. Uncomment them if you don't mind it.

Now alters Wikipedia hyperlinks on page to also include "?useskin=vector" or "&useskin=vector" for smoother performance.

Accidentally broke hashes last update. Should work now.

No longer uses any variables. Now works with "/w/index.php" style URLs as well.

Now runs at document start.
